Today is the birthday of Shilpa Shirodkar, a famous actress in the entertainment world. Shilpa appeared in the Zee TV serial 'Ek Mutthi Akash' in 2013 after 13 years away from the limelight. She then worked in Silsila Pyaar Ka in 2016. Colors' serial 'Savitri Devi College and Hospital' appeared. Shilpa started her career with the film 'Corruption' in 1989.

These include Corruption, Hitler, Rangbaaz, Apne Dam Par, Jeevan ki Shatranj, Swarg Yahan Narak Yahan, Trinetra, and 'Paap KI Kamai'. Shilpa's hit movies have Hum (1991), Dil Hi To Hai (1992), Aankhen (1993), 'Khuda Sakshi' (1993), 'Gopi-Kishan' (1993), Hum Hain Bemisal (1994), Bewafa Sanam (1995), 'Mrityudand' (1996) and Dandanayak (1998).
