'Is Congress being immersed?': Shiv Sena

Mumbai: Shiv Sena has given an advisory through Saamna amid the ongoing infighting in Congress. In fact, recently, the Shiv Sena has said through Saamna, "Nothing will happen to the Congress with the adulation of Navjot Singh Sidhu and Captain Amarinder Singh.'' At the same time, Shiv Sena also said, "Congress should jump into the fray. Meanwhile, suggestions have also been made for the post of Chairman in Saamna.'' The Saamna further states, 'The Congress needs a full-time president. People feel that Congress should bring out a new consciousness in politics. What is the use of the body if there is no brain?'

Moreover, it has also been written in the Saamna that "many people are feeling the apprehension of what will happen to the Congress party. Is Congress being immersed as per Mahatma Gandhi's wishes? Such a boil of joy is being seen in the BJP.'' Saamna wrote that Congress is not in a good shape in the last seven to eight years. The Shiv Sena has also advised, "The congress' condition has become "thin" due to Narendra Modi's storm and BJP's expansion and the remaining sepoys of the Congress camp have started leaving. Punjab Suba is currently shaken to the roots. Congress President removes Amarinder Singh from the chief minister's post. New Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and his new cabinet came to power.''

On the other hand, Navjot Singh Sidhu has been termed as a rebel in the Saamna and wrote, "After Amarinder's departure, he did the bhangra, but it is the rebel, the incredible Sidhu, who has now stepped down as state Congress president and added to the crisis before his own party.'' Amarinder was removed due to Sidhu's usual dispute. Now Sidhu also went.
