Mumbai: Assembly elections are due in UP. In this case, there is a constant political policy for the assembly elections. Farmers who are currently agitating against the agricultural law have called for the overthrow of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from power in UP. On the other hand, the opposition Samajwadi Party is also moving forward and Priyanka Gandhi has also come into active mode. Amidst all this, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has now announced that Shiv Sena will also field its candidates in 80 to 90 seats in UP.'

Sanjay Raut recently made a statement saying, "Shiv Sena will contest in Goa also. The party is also exploring the possibilities of an alliance like Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in the state. He also said, "We will field our candidates in 20 seats in Goa. Let's see how successful they are in their plan. Meanwhile, Sanjay Raut said, "Some farmers' organisations have promised Shiv Sena's support. We are also working on the possibilities of an alliance with small parties in the State.''

Replying to a question on the resignation of Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, he said, "It is an internal matter of the party concerned to change the Chief Minister of a state. Others should not comment on it. The BJP is not in a good position in Gujarat. He had managed to reach the figures required for a majority in the last election. He also heaped praise on Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. He said, "He (Uddhav Thackeray) has the ability to lead the country.''
