Lucknow: Gyanvapi case is getting bigger continuously. Right now the hearing was going on in the court regarding the temple and the mosque. But now even the leaders have jumped into it. On Monday, a lawyer has filed a petition in the court of CJM of Banaras. In this, a request has been made to the court to file a nominated case against seven people including Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi and his younger brother Akbaruddin. In the petition, an appeal has been made to register a case against two hundred unknown people.

Advocate Harishankar Pandey, in his petition, has made Akhilesh and Owaisi as well as Mufti A Banaras Abdul Batin Nomani, Maulana Abdul Waki, head of Anjuman Intejamia Committee of Gyanvapi Masjid, Joint Secretary Syed Mohammad Yasin as accused. He says that these seven people including Akhilesh, Owaisi have hurt the sentiments of Hindus by making statements on the Gyanvapi controversy. Whereas unknown people are accused of protesting, obstructing and spreading dirt in the Wudhukhana during the court commission proceedings.

Pandey says that on May 6, the survey team had arrived inside the Gyanvapi Mosque to conduct commission proceedings. A large number of people from the Muslim side were present there for the Friday prayers. The worshipers washed their hands and feet in the Wuzukhana and spread filth. Whereas it is the place of our adorable Lord Shiva. This is extremely disrespectful to the Hindu society. Action is necessary on these.

Let us inform that AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi is continuously speaking openly on this matter. They are telling the Muslim side right. They claim that the figure found in the Vazukhana of the Gyanvapi Mosque is not a Shivling but a fountain. Owausi shared an old New York Times article telling the story of a 2,700-year-old fountain. They say that the Sanghi genius is asking how did the fountain run without electricity? This is called Gravity. Owaisi had said about the Hindu side's claim of getting the Shivling that the mosque would remain till the enlightenment of Benares.
