Mumbai: Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray took oath as CM of Maharashtra on Thursday (28 November). As soon as Uddhav took over as the Chief Minister, the Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamna looked different. Saamna, who has a rebellious attitude, has called PM Narendra Modi in his editorial on Friday, Thackeray's elder brother.
It is written in Saamana, "In the politics of Maharashtra, there is an unhappiness between the BJP-Shiv Sena, but Narendra Modi and Uddhav Thackeray have a brother-brother relationship. Therefore, it is the responsibility of Mr. Modi to support younger brother as PM. Because the Prime Minister belongs to the whole country, not just one party. If we accept this, then why should the government keep rage and greed for those who are not of our views? Conflict and fight are part of our life…
It is further written in the Samaana that even though Delhi is the capital of the country, but Maharashtra is not a slave of Delhi Gods and the son of Balasaheb Thackeray, who shows this attitude, today sits on the post of CM of Maharashtra. Therefore, there will be no problem in believing that the attitude of Maharashtra and the government will remain strong. Self-respect is important in what Chhatrapati Shivarai gave to Maharashtra.
