Shiv Sena lashes at Modi govt over state of economy

Mumbai: Shiv Sena has attacked the Modi government over the economy and rising prices of onions through its mouthpiece Saamana. It is written in the face that in every sector of the economy, autumn is going on, but the government is not ready to accept it. The Shiv Sena has written that, 'India's economy is falling, it has fallen sick, the opinion has been expressed by Raghuram Rajan, former Governor of Reserve Bank.

It is written in Saamana that Raghuram is the best doctor of the economy and the pulse done by him is testable. That is, the country's economy has been paralyzed and it is clearly visible. Therefore, there is no need for a doctor to do the treatment.

At present, the economy is slowing down. But the government is not ready to accept. The prices of onion have reached Rs 200 per kilogram. The Finance Minister has also given a very childish answer on this issue. She said I do not eat onion-garlic, so do not ask me about onions. It seems the Prime Minister has no desire to resolve this issue."

It is written in Saamana, 'When PM Modi was not Prime Minister, he had expressed concern over the rising prices of onions. He was the CM of Gujarat when he said that 'Onion is a living thing. If it becomes so expensive, then the time has come to keep the onion in the lockers.
