Islamabad: Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has once again come into the discussion. Some time ago it was announced that a film called Rawalpindi Express is being made on Shoaib Akhtar's life. Now Shoaib Akhtar has told that he is pulling himself back from this biopic. At the same time, Akhtar has made serious allegations against the filmmakers.

Shoaib Akhtar said, "It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that after months of discussion, I have separated myself from the film Rawalpindi Express.'' Shoaib Akhtar said that his management and legal team have taken steps in this direction. Shoaib Akhtar has also warned the filmmakers, he wrote that if the filmmakers take the film forward, or make any story related to me, then legal action will be taken against them.

Actor Umair Jaswal, who played Shoaib Akhtar in this film, has also left the film. Earlier this month, Umair announced that he has decided to leave Rawalpindi Express due to a content dispute with the filmmakers. Shoaib Akhtar is counted among the fastest bowlers in the world. He has been one of Pakistan's superstar cricketers. Also, after leaving cricket, he remains in the discussion through commentary and his YouTube channel.
