The Supreme Court also ordered the panel that the next meeting should not be held until the proceedings of the court are completed. In fact, a panel of Delhi Legislative Assembly has issued a notice to Facebook regarding the character in the Delhi riots. Now Facebook has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against this notice. Significantly, even after the notice of the Vidhanasabha's panel last week, the Facebook officers had not reached on the scheduled date.

Also, some time back the American newspaper Wall Street Journal claimed that Facebook did not deliberately ban inflammatory material during the Delhi riots. Ajit Mohan, who is also the managing director of Facebook India, was sent a notice by the assembly panel to be present. He had to give information about the faults on Facebook in front of the panel. But he did not reach. Instead, the panel received a letter from Facebook's Director of Trust and Safety Vikram Langeh. In this letter, questions were raised on the notice of the panel and it was requested to withdraw it. Also, the investigation of the entire case is going on continuously.
