Shruti Haasan is a regular user of social media. However, because Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook were down yesterday, Shruti used Twitter to engage with her followers via short Q&A sessions. Shruti answered questions from her followers on everything from her favourite binge-watching show to her favourite family photo.

When a fan asked her to share a recent photo with her father Kamal Haasan and sister Akshara Haasan, she said yes. Instead, the actress revealed her favourite, which is undoubtedly a lovely family photo. Shruti and Akshara were all smiles as they posed with Kamal Haasan in traditional attire. A fan also asked her to share the top three lessons she learned from her father, Kamal Haasan. "I can't say three in particular," Shruti said, "but I've learnt to be courageous from him, and I've learned that humour will get you through life in the greatest manner possible."

Kamal Haasan and his second wife, Sarika, have two children, Shruti and Akshara. The pair married in 1988 and divorced in 2004. Shruti Haasan is one of the most well-known actresses in the South on a professional level. Despite the epidemic, her films Krack, starring Ravi Teja, and Vakeel Saab, starring Pawan Kalyan, were huge hits. Now, Shruti Haasan is preparing for her next project alongside Prabhas, Salaar, a pan-Indian film directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame.
