The very handsome actor Sidharth Malhotra has started the prep for her role of the titular character in the upcoming biopic based on Army office Vikram Batra. Now, according to the report, the film will go on the floors by the end of this month.

According to the source,Sidharth will sport different looks for different timelines of Vikram’s life. He has already spent some time with the captain’s family to know him better and is attending workshops to learn the use of military weapons.

The source also said that The film will be shot in approximately 70 days across Chandigarh, Palampur, Kashmir and Ladakh, beginning with DAV college, where Vikram studied.

The film is based on the Captain Vikram Batra, who was 24 when he martyred during the Kargil was awarded Param Vir Chakra for his bravery from the government of India. Talking about playing this heroic character, Sidharth told Mumbai Mirror, “I am excited to play this real-life heroic story of sacrifice and valour as this is something I have not done before. I am looking forward to shoot at all the real-life locations.”

Bsides this film,Sidharth  will be next seen in Jabariya Jodi opposite her Hasee Toh Phaseeco-star Parineeti Chopra. The film is directed by Prashant Singh and also stars Aparshakti Khurana in a key role. It is scheduled to release on July 12.
