New Delhi: The case of the shooting of the first turbaned Sikh police officer Sandeep Dhaliwal of the American province of Texas, has come to light, he was 42 years old. Indian-American Sandeep Dhaliwal was hit with several bullets when he stopped a vehicle to search. According to police, a woman and a man were sitting in that car.
