Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer Simmba has been released on Friday and the film is garnering great appreciation from critics as well as audience. Simmba is off to a brilliant start and doing well at the box office.

Simmba  is being termed as a mass entertainer and fans are loving the performances of the actors. Trade expert Ramesh Bala shared the collection of the film via Twitter. has tweeted that the film has earned around Rs 22 crore.  With this huge collection Ranveer Singh has beaten his own film Padmaavat which released at the start of this year and had earned Rs 19 crore on his first day.

In this Rohit Shetty directed film, Ranveer Singh is playing the character of a cop for the first time and looked fab in it. Shetty's films are an explosive mix of comedy, romance, action and amazing dialogues. Plus it has cameos by Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar which are loved by the audience.
