New Delhi: Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Kahn starrer Simmba is going strong at the Box Office. The film by Rohit Shetty is a masala potboiler and is loved by the audiences. Masala entertainer opened with good reviews which got further boosted by positive word of mouth. That has helped the film to post incredible numbers at the box office. The film has earned a whopping Rs 173.15 crore.

'Simmba' has been directed by Rohit Shetty and  produced by Rohit Shetty under his banner Rohit Shetty Picturez and Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner Dharma Productions. It is the eighth consecutive Rs 100 crore film of director Rohit Shetty after Golmaal 3, Bol Bachchan, Singham, Dilwale, Golmaal Again, Chennai Express and Singham Returns.As there was no releases this Friday, Ranveer's cop drama can enter 200 crore club soon.
