1. Always massage your hair with warm oil. That would enhance the circulation in your scalp and lead to better hair quality and their growth.

2. Wash your hair with luke warm or cold water. Extremely hot water can damage your hair as well as your scalp. Hence, make sure the temperature of the water you use is suitable.

3. The shampoos that we use, often contain a lot of chemicals. Therefore, do not forget to dilute your shampoo, before you use it.

4. Massage your scalp gently with the shampoo that you have used. Massaging the scalp would increase the circulation in your scalp.

5. Make sure that you wash all the shampoo off your hair. If it stays, it would eventually affect your hair, badly.

6. Apply conditioner only on the tips of your hair.

7. Washing your hair every day could lead to the removal of the natural oil from the scalp. Therefore, your hair would miss out on the natural nourishment.
