Method of making Sindhi mutton fry- For this, first of all, wash the pieces of mutton thoroughly. Now peel and chop the raw papaya. After this, grind it in a grinder jar and make a paste. Now apply this raw papaya paste to the washed mutton pieces. Put it up and keep it like that. Then for about half an hour. Prepare fresh garam masala. Yes, and for this, mix black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and leaves and grind them finely. However, if you want, you can also use the spices of the market prepared or prepared in advance.

However, the taste of fresh spices is different. Now heat the oil in a pan and add onions to it and fry until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste along with this. Fry it until its rawness is gone. Now add pieces of mutton with papaya paste to this roasted paste.
