Singer-anchor Aditya Narayan Jha has been making strides in his fitness since previous year. After recovering from Covid-19 in 2021, he made news for losing 13 kg. More recently, he revealed how a rigid routine helped him lose seven kilogram’s in seven weeks.

"Anchoring is not an easy job. I frequently stand for 8 to 9 hours. I needed to do something because I had a calf muscle injury. He explains, "I got down with my nutritionist and drew out how to drop 8-10 kg in three to four months. I was able to lose six kilogram’s in six weeks, then seven kilogram’s in seven weeks. Now, I weigh about 72 kg.

The 35-year-old is still following his diet and exercise regimen, which includes avoiding dairy products, going to the gym frequently, not drinking alcohol, and quitting smoking to speed up his metabolism.

He emphasizes the need of fitness by asking, "If not now, when? I kept asking myself this question. I came to understand how difficult life can be if you are unfit after my Covid-19 contest. Furthermore, I can't take my health for granted because I work in a field that requires me to look well and maintain a healthy weight.

He also shares that good health will make it easier for him to run around and play with his daughter, Tvisha, in the future.

The Ji Huzoor (Shamshera) singer adds in a lighthearted manner, "Waise the easiest method to lose weight and maintain your metabolism operating effectively is to avoid those weekly events when one tends to eat without any limits."

As a host with the upcoming release of his album Saansein, Narayan has a busy schedule at work.
