Patna: A piece of big news is coming out from Bihar, where a professor has been threatened to separate his body from the head. Dr. Prem Mohan Mishra, chairman of the department of chemistry at Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, has been threatened with death along with his family. He has been threatened by a letter from the registered post. Professor PM Jha and his family are in panic after receiving the letter on Wednesday.

By writing the same letter mad man has asked him to do some work. He also told him to be ready to face the consequences for not working. In this, the identity of the person who wrote the threatening letter has not been hidden. Parvez Alam Care of Ilyas Alam of Kilaghat has written in the name. On Wednesday, the head of the department has given an application for action in the university police station regarding the matter. By sending a letter, the criminal has pressurized Professor Mishra to transfer Shashi Shekhar Jha, an employee of the department. The writer of the letter asked Dr. Prem Mohan Mishra to get the employee transferred to some other department or some other college. If you don't do this, your head will be separated from the body. The perpetrator has not made any direct allegations against the professor. But in the letter, many serious allegations have been leveled against the employee Shashi Shekhar Jha. It has been said in the letter that lab assistant Jha talks indecently to Muslim girls. The said employee has also been accused of theft.

Apart from Dr Mishra, his entire family is in panic after receiving the threat letter. Dr Mishra has pleaded with the police of the university police station to provide suitable security. He has given a copy of the application to the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, IG of Darbhanga region and SSP of the university. Here, in-charge station house officer Alakh Narayan Tiwari said that the matter is being investigated. The name and address of the sender of the letter are being verified.
