Bulandshahr: A woman who died on paper 19 years ago in Bulandshahar in Uttar Pradesh reached the collector's office on Tuesday morning to prove that she was alive. He told the collector that the son had made a death certificate fraudulently by showing me dead. After hearing this, the people present in the collector's office were also astonished.
Kailasho Devi, a resident of Darawar village in the same Ahar area, said the entire property had come in her name after the death of her husband Jagat Singh in July 2003. At that time the eldest son was 20 years old, three other sons were minors. In the year 2007, the eldest son made a death certificate by showing the father as well as the mother dead in 2003 while committing a fraud to grab the property. Recently, there was a list of farmers who have received pm kisan samman nidhi. Jagat Singh's name was also there in it. Thereafter, the gram pradhan asked her for her husband's death certificate. When she went to the elder son to get the death certificate, she hastily gave my death certificate in place of the father.
At the time of getting the same photocopy done, the shop operator and then the gram pradhan said that it was her death certificate and not her husband's. When the eldest son resisted this, he ran behind to kill him. Seeing the villagers gathering, he ran away. He alleged that now the eldest son is talking about killing his three brothers and occupying the property. The collector has ordered an inquiry by the SDM into the matter. Collector CP Singh said that whoever is guilty, action will be taken against them after the inquiry report comes. Kailasho said that the death certificate has been made in connivance with the then gram pradhan, the then village secretary, lekhpal and the officer. He owns 26 bighas of land, of which 18 bighas of land is in his name. Using a fake death certificate, the elder son will get the land in his name. He said the husband had set up a brick kiln in partnership at Daulatpur village in Diwai area. He has demanded from the collector that there is a 25 per cent share in the brick kiln, in which the younger sons should also be given a share.
