On Friday, Smartron has launched its next-generation multifunctional “tbook flex” hyper-laptop in India. The outstanding two-in-one laptop will be available for Rs 42,990 and Rs 52,990 for the “m3” and “i5” versions. The gadget will be available on Flipkart from May 13.

The Laptop has a lightweight body with a detachable backlit keyboard. It also houses a fast fingerprint scanner. During the launch the company Smartron has stated that the laptop is unique dual tone finish and a flixstand with a step-less hinge design and an ability to flex up to 150 degrees is what makes this laptop stand out. “tbook flex” is designed especially for hybrids. It has the feature that Windows 10 on “tbook flex” automatically switches between laptop and tablet mode.

--The gadget is also provided with “Thunderbolt” 3 USB-Type C port that enables users to transfer data at rates up to 40Gbps.
--The laptop comes with a type-C fast-charging in colour variants of dual tone orange-grey and black grey.
--Other connectivity features include 2 x USB 3.0, 1 x SD Memory Card Slot, 1 x Type C USB Thunderbolt 3, and 1 x Type C USB ports.
--Wireless connectivity options include 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4Ghz and 5.0 GHz), Intel WiDi (WiFi Direct), and Bluetooth 4.0.
--The Smartrontbook flex has a 12.2-inch WQXGA display with 2560x1600 pixels resolution, a multi-touch display with stylus support.
--It has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and 5-megapixel rear-facing camera.
--Other important features of the laptop include a dual mic and powerful speakers with noise cancellation.
