Ingredients of Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs

  • 3 eggs- brown
  • 5 leaves chopped spinach
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon low fat butter
  • 35 gm cream cheese
  • 25 gm minced salmon fish
  • Powdered black pepper as required

How to make Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs

Step 1 Make the creamy egg batter

In a bowl, break 3 eggs and then add cream, pepper, and salt. Whisk all the ingredients really well.

Step 2 Start making scrambled eggs

To make scrambled eggs, heat butter in a pan. Spread it evenly and then add the egg batter. Start folding the egg. You will notice chunks of curd, continue folding and cooking till the size of the chunks become smaller.

Step 3 Add in the spinach leaves

Now, once the scrambled eggs are almost ready, add in the chopped spinach leaves. Stir it and then add smoked salmon. Stir it again for a minute.

Step 4 Spoon in the cream cheese

Add cream cheese to the eggs and mix it well. The cheese should blend well in the egg mixture. Cook for about a minute and then transfer it to a plate.

Step 5 Ready to serve

Your smoked salmon with scrambled eggs is ready to serve with some garlic bread. You can also add oregano as seasoning. Enjoy this heavenly breakfast meal.
