New Delhi: On the completion of 100 days of the second term of the Modi government at the Center, the Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani has said on Sunday that the present government is fully committed to empowering women and securing the future of children. Smriti Irani also enumerated the achievements of the Modi government in 100 days, in which she mentioned that women should be made free from triple talaq and laws against sexual harassment of children.

According to media reports, Irani congratulated the Modi government on the completion of the 'historic 100 days' and said that the central government through its policy, decisions and plans affected every section of the country to improve the lives of citizens. Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani said that, Nurturing Month for a nutritionally India, making Poxo law tougher, ridding women of triple talaq, making 8 crore Ujjwala beneficiaries, decisions like sanitary pads for one rupee, women power and We demonstrate our government's commitment to the protection of the children of the country.
