Meri Aashiqui Tum fame Smriti Khanna became a mother last month. They gave birth to her first child. After delivery, Smriti Khanna appeared in her fit body shape very soon. She surprised everyone with her look by sharing her post-pregnancy photos. Now she has revealed her fitness story after delivery. In a conversation with a media reporter, the actress has talked about her post-delivery fitness routine and diet. She said that it is not possible to get this in 10-12 days after delivery and neither has she done anything after delivery.

She said- 'My body fluids have reduced due to breastfeeding. Right now there is a lower belly which will take some time to go. The weight of my face, hands or feet has not increased. 'The actress advised pregnant women to do yoga and walk. Smriti also said that normal delivery is right because after this you get well soon. She has also shared a video about her pregnancy story. In the video, Smriti has described how to control breast feeding and stretch marks. The actress wrote along with the video "I forgot to tell about the peripheral massage, which pregnant women can start on the 36th week of pregnancy."

"This can prevent an episiotomy (a surgical cut done at the time of childbirth). I chose an episiotomy and you can also talk to your doctor about it. 'Swimming in the third trimester of pregnancy is a very good exercise. I used to swim twice or thrice a week in the 8th and 9th months of pregnancy." Smriti Khanna gave birth to a daughter on 15 April last month. After the delivery, she also shared a photo with the child and husband from the hospital.
