Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir is facing crisis of transportation and power supply halts, due to continuous decreasing temperature. Heavy snowfall over the northern areas led people to face hardships for continuing their daily routines.

Transportation over the area have been heavily affected due to the low temperature. Not only localities, but also tourists are facing problem due to lack facilities of transportation.

One of the tourist at Patnitop said, " We will have to return home early because of lack of basic facilities, like water and electricity at such a great picnic spot."

Every alternate day fresh snowfall covers the area and block path for transportation. People are applying their own tricks to continue their regular functionalities.
