New Delhi: The company has removed the Dabur fame bleach ad on Karwa Chauth after the controversy deepened. Dabur issued a statement on Monday (October 25, 2021) informing about the withdrawal of the ad. The company shared posts on social media expressing grief over the hurting of people's sentiments and has also apologised for the same. However, even after Dabur's apology, the anger of social media users has not subsided. The nationals are very angry about this kind of attack on Indian culture.

One user on Instagram wrote, 'We don't accept your apology.' Another user wrote that the company has no faith. One user commented on Twitter and wrote, 'You make fun of our festivals by earning from us. The people of India show the market not on Twitter the reason for a company like you.' Another user writes, 'Why are Hinduism and their religious festivals always targeted? We boycott your products.'

Harish wrote, 'It was a very poor shameful advertisement. Never thought that a company like Dabur would support anti-Hindu forces.' An angry social media user said, 'So why did you make a pitiable logo? Just for publicity, Thu Hai Tum Par. If you have the guts, make it on someone else.'
