Lucknow: Congress party national general secretary and Uttar Pradesh in-charge Priyanka Gandhi has stepped up preparations for the UP elections. Priyanka is making new promises every day, especially about women. Now she wrote in a tweet, 'Yesterday I met some girl students. They said they need a smartphone for reading and security. I am happy that with the consent of the Declaration Committee, today the Uttar Pradesh Congress has decided that when the government is formed, inter-pass girls will be given smartphones and graduate girls will be given electronic scooty.'

Social media users have been making various comments and asking questions on Priyanka Gandhi's tweet. A user named Hemant wrote, 'This is the public, not Sheikhchilli. In Punjab, Rajasthan and Maharashtra, you have a government, there are girls there too, first, get them smartphones and electric scooty?' A user named PK wrote, "Madamji, people are associated with the Congress but your senior leaders VVIP close their doors when someone is in trouble. Change the whole team.''

Hafsa wrote in the comment that, 'Great running gimmick. Oh, you won't get anything. The government formed in Rajasthan is going to complete 3 years but to date, the unemployment allowance has not even started. Whereas Rahul Gandhiji had talked about meeting immediately.' Rock Mahi wrote that 'Earlier, fulfil the promises of loan waiver of farmers in Rajasthan, Vadrain. Today it has been 3 years since your government is working here and to date, your Congress government is charging 6 times more electricity than the farmers, you are the robbers of this country. You people have considered the common man insane.'
