Congress surrounds Centre over Kashmir situation, people said- 'country is suffering Nehru's sin'

New Delhi: Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala has hit out at the Modi government over the exodus of labourers from Kashmir. Surjewala has also cornered the BJP over the current situation in Kashmir. He shared an article and tweeted that ''the promise was to settle, but the work was being done to destroy. The promise was to settle Kashmiri Pandits, because of militancy, have to leave the house. This is the difference between Joomla and reality." In fact, the report, tweeted by Surjewala, suggests that migrant workers are constantly fleeing Jammu and Kashmir in fear of increasing killings.

Social media users have also reacted sharply to Surjewala's tweet. Jayant Tikalkar wrote, "What was congress sleeping when Kashmiri pandits were being driven away, the Congress government was at the Centre. Today, houses are being ascertained under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.'' On the other hand, Ajay Giri wrote, "The Congress has always stood by the traitors of the country, today the Indian Army is constantly giving a befitting reply to the terrorists of Kashmir, the Congress should not be happy with the Kashmir incident, which is why today is the worst day of the Congress in the country.''

DP Saini wrote, "Nehru's sins are being suffered by the countrymen. Have some shame.'' Deepak Goel wrote in his comment, 'AAP party spokespersons say that election is coming, that is why it's happening, that means, AAP party believes it is not the job of terrorists, also, AAP party is giving a clean chit to terrorists. On the other hand, AAP is coming here and playing politics, aren't you ashamed?'
