Kamala Harris who married to Lawyer Douglas Emhoff became the first lady vice president of United States. She was declared to be the 2020’s Vice President-elect in the presidential election held on November 7.  She is the daughter of Jamaican and Indian immigrant parents now make history by becoming first Black and South-Asian vice president.

 

After Biden and Kamala’s victory was announced, the lawyer and husband of Hariss share the news on Twitter. He posted a sweet photo of himself giving his lady a hug for such wonderful news. He writes captioning the photo, “So proud of you,” with two red hearts and two American flag emojis.  Douglas was so excited about the announcement made in August of her wife being the VP is Joe wins the election.
