1. First Aid Supplies: Adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, adhesive tape, antiseptic wipes, tweezers, scissors, and disposable gloves.

2. Medications: Personal medications (if any), pain relievers, antihistamines, anti-diarrheal medication, and any prescribed emergency medications.

4. Emergency Communication: Fully charged mobile phone with a portable charger, a whistle, and a signaling mirror.

8. Rescue and Survival Tools: Multi-tool or Swiss Army knife, duct tape, nylon cord, and a small trowel.

9. Personal Protection: Sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, hat, and extra clothing layers to stay protected from the elements.
