2. Tomatoes - Eating tomatoes on an empty stomach can increase acidity in the stomach due to the tannic acid they have. This will increase the risk of gastric ulcers.

7. Sweets - Do not eat candies on an empty stomach. Because the pancreas after awakening can not produce adequate amounts of insulin. It's fraught to eat sweets in the morning due to increase in blood sugar levels.
