I know this sounds stupid and it's not at all easy when all you can think about is the negative thoughts that creeps up on you the whole time.

The best way to boost positive energy is to be grateful for what you have and ask questions like, "What can I be grateful for today?" or "Who are the people I can be grateful to have in my life?
4. Exercise and Physical Activity
Getting yourself some exercise and physical activity brings in a lot of positive energy and vibes. Start caring about your physical self and health.
5. Solutions
You need to start finding out solutions for the situation rather than just sitting and having negative thoughts about it. Try to work out something and come up with ways to work around the situation.
