New Delhi: The most controversial lawmaker of the Aam Aadmi Party, Somnath Bharti, was held with the charges of assault and stirring a crowd to damage property.
Earlier this month, Bharti was arrested for misbehaving with security guards at Delhi's AIIMS hospital.
As per the complaint of AIIMS "Bharti provoked the mob to damage the fence of the hospital... to give access to unauthorised persons inside AIIMS property and also misbehaved with security personnel on september 6".
AAP lawmakers have been surrounded with controversies this year.
