Somu Veerraju, who became the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party of Andhra Pradesh, recently held a conversation with the media in Delhi. During this, he said that 'the central government will never interfere in the matter of AP's three capitals. Many capital cities are being built in the country. But the central government has never interfered in it." He has been made BJP President in the past. He recently told the media in Delhi that 'Chandrababu Naidu has told stories about capitals of Singapore, Japan and China".

Nevertheless, the Central Government has never expressed any objection to this type of statement of Chandrababu. Now the central government has the same policy on the issue of three capital. It is our policy to think about the interest of farmers. But we are being used unnecessarily on the issue of capital. We have nothing to do with this matter. We are forcibly dragged into this matter. Yet the BJP is going to remain serious in Andhra Pradesh politics."

He also said that, "Chandrababu Naidu is showing signs of getting closer to the BJP, but all this is a political game." He said that by playing this game, we are also ready to come forward with new array of composition. BJP and Jana Sena have 20 percent vote bank in the state but BJP is a party of the public.
