Chitrakoot: A big news has come from the Chitrakoot district of Uttar Pradesh. In fact, the police of Manikpur police station located here arrested his son on Saturday on the charge of killing a person with a knife near Shankar Tirahe. In this case, Chitrakoot Superintendent of Police (SP) Ankit Mittal has disclosed today i.e. on Sunday. He said that on Wednesday, a person was killed with a knife in Shankar Tiraha of Nanhi Chiraiya village in broad daylight. He was identified as Raju alias Bhola Jaiswal (42), a resident of Musiwan village in the Kamsin area of Banda district.

Further, the police officer said that several police teams were deployed to reveal the murder. Police station in-charge of Manikpur, Subhash Chandra Chaurasia, on Saturday, questioned Sobhit Jaiswal (20), son of the deceased (Raju alias Bhola), from Jhri Phatak on custody on the basis of suspicion. He, along with one of his associates Raja, confessed to killing the father and was then arrested. Further, the SP said, "Shobhit's spotlight has been recovered with blood-stained clothes, a knife used in the murder, and a bike, his partner is currently absconding, who is being searched."

With this, he said, 'On being asked the reason for the murder, Shobhit told the police that his father was living with another woman in Ludhiana city of Punjab and was selling his ancestral land in the village and spending his money behind that woman. Upset with which he along with one of his fellow king killed the father.' Now Shobhit has been arrested and sent to jail in this case.
