Lucknow: After the massacres of 10 people at Sonbhadra in Uttar Pradesh, there is a heated debate in the political corridors. Any leader going to Sonbhadra is being stopped before the police arrive. Several leaders including Congress General Secretary and UP party in-charge Priyanka Vadra, Rajiv Shukla, Raj Babber were barred from going there.

The matter has now been reported by Sonbhadra's DM Ankit Agarwal. DM Ankit Agarwal has said that as soon as the situation in the district becomes normal, Section 144 will be removed. It is worth mentioning here that Section 144 has been imposed in the district for two months on Friday on behalf of the administration. DM Ankit Agarwal said on Saturday that the situation in the village is still very sensitive. That is why we have introduced Section 144.

This will prevent political parties and social organizations from going to the village. I urge everyone to cooperate in maintaining peace and order in the region. DM Ankit Agarwal said that as soon as the situation in the village and district becomes normal, we will remove Section 144. So far 29 people have been arrested in the case. Security forces have been deployed to maintain peace and order in the village.
