New Delhi: Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy has claimed that Congress working president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi could face up to 22 to 25 years in jail in the National Herald case. He said the Congress party went. Responding to the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) summons in the National Herald case on Monday (June 13), Swamy said there is no solution, as the ED's punishment under money laundering is very strict.

It may be recalled that the matter was brought to the fore by Subramanian Swamy, who had accused the Gandhi family of misusing the party's funds. On Monday, he took to his Twitter handle to share a video of his conversation with Times Now Navbharat channel. In which he answered many questions related to this case. During this, the anchor asked Subramanian Swamy that the Congress party says that there is not a single rupee scam, while you say that there has been manipulation, what is the matter? Replying to this question, Swamy said that the thief ever says that he has committed a theft? As big as the theft is, they will deny it.

Responding to a question on whether the Congress is calling it an act of revenge by the BJP, the BJP leader said, "What revenge will I take? You committed a crime and got caught, it is being tried in court, what is the revenge? What retaliatory action?' Swamy further said, 'Even when I raised my voice against corruption on the 2G scam, he had called it revenge.' Whenever you ask them, you change and you try to mislead people. Subramanian Swamy said that they will have more problems in my case because I have imposed four sections. In this, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi can be sentenced to 22 to 25 years in jail.
