During the lockdown, big news has come about actor Sonu Sood, who became the messiah for the poor. He has been accused of converting the 6-storey building into a hotel. According to the information received, BMC has filed a police complaint against Sonu Sood in this case. The BMC recently alleged that Sonu did not seek the necessary permission before converting the alleged 6-storey residential building into a hotel.

In the complaint lodged by the BMC in the police, it has been said, 'Action should be taken against Sonu Sood under Maharashtra Region and Town Planning Act'. While talking about this matter, Sonu Sood has said, 'He had taken permission from BMC in case of user change and he was only waiting for approval from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority.' The complaint filed by BMC has been filed on 4 January.

The BMC said in the complaint to the Juhu police, "Sonu Sood converted the Shakti Sagar Building on AB Nair Road into a hotel without permission. Illegal construction was going on in this building to build the hotel. Even after giving notice, the construction work continued. Prior to this construction, he had not even taken the necessary technical permission from the authority.' Now what happens next cannot be said in this matter.
