On the social media, the makers of 'Soorarai Pottru' have announced that the film is going to the Oscars. Director Sudha Kongra's movie has been discussed on social media. The name of Soorarai is also being praised a lot. Talking about the movie, its story was based on Air Deccan CEO Gopinath. The movie was scheduled to be released in the summer of 2020, however, due to Corona, it could not. It was later released on Amazon Prime Video. The film is produced by Guneet Monga and Surya together. GV Prakash has given music in this movie.
