Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria starrer Student of the Year 2 has hit the theatre today. Punit Malhotra directorial is the sequal of Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra Student of the year.

The story of the film revolves around Rohan Sehgal (Tiger Shroff) who madly in love with his childhood sweetheart Mridula (Tara Sutaria), follows her to city’s top college. But this new term brings friends, foes and cut throat competition along with heartbreak.

A lot of drama and action remains out of the classroom, with focus on sports, dance and romance, but the chemistry between Tiger and the two debutantes is unmissable. Even with so many conflicts, competitions and confrontations, the film’s narrative remains light and quite focused on the overall visual appeal that often hampers the seriousness of the story.While there was a lot more scope for comedy, some of the best laugh out loud moments come from Tiger’s gang of friends.

Tiger shroff has done his work well and two debutants also managed to impress the audience. Youtuber Harsh Beniwal also leaves a lasting impression with his wisecracks and a natural flair for humour.

Overall, there is ample dosti, kabaddi and cool stuff which makes you watch it for once.
