While the government has lifted the travel restrictions within the country, south actress Sonika Gowda takes time out for a quick family getaway to Varanasi after missing travelling for almost seven months.The actress who recently resumed shooting after several months took some time off her busy schedule for a quick family vacation while taking care of all the safety measures.
The actress had kept her fans hooked to her travel diaries by sharing glimpses of her trip where she was seen indulging herself into various activities and some fun airport shenanigans. In Varanasi, Sonika offered prayers at Ganga ghat and conducted a ritual by the holy river. She and her mother were seen enjoying the divine peace at the pilgrimage to the fullest. Besides that, Sonika also visited various other places a testimony of which was seen on her Instagram.
Sonika Gowda was crowned as Miss South India Queen in the year 2015. Later, she also bagged the International Women's Achiever's Awards 2019 by Saalumarada Thimakka - for The Best Debutant Actress category.Last seen in Kannada films like Naane Raja and Shathaya Gathaya, at present Sonika is busy shooting for various brands ranging from jewellery to couture and is also working on her upcoming projects that are currently in pipeline.
