Seoul:- South Korea-  Three workers were found dead after an explosion at a chemical facility in Yeosu, South Korea, on Monday, according to firefighters. At 1.40 p.m., a fire broke out  in the Yeosu Industrial Complex in Yeosu, 450 kilometres south of Seoul, at a petrochemical manufacturing plant.

While seven individuals were working at the factory's chemicals storage facility, three of them were found dead at a neighbouring site, probably as a result of the explosion's strong impact. According to police, the four others have been confirmed to be safe.

Authorities have issued a level-2 alert, allowing them to summon help from neighbouring places, including firefighters. However, as of 5.10 p.m., local time, the alert had been withdrawn because the fire had been totally extinguished. Authorities are currently investigating the accident's specific reasons, according to authorities.
