New Delhi: Indian scientists have made a shocking disclosure about the Covid-19 virus. Scientists at Hyderabad-based CCMB claim that 7684 types of Covid-19 have been detected in the country based on 6017 genome sequencing. Most are in the southern states. Here the appearance of the N440's Covid-19 has been seen spreading very fast. 987 Covid-19 cases have been found in Telangana and 296 in Andhra Pradesh.

After collecting samples from 35 labs in 22 states of the country, the scientists completed genome sequencing. In which more than a dozen Covid-19 clades have also been found. Speaking of Dr Rakesh Mishra, Director of CSIR-Cellular and Molecular Biology Center (CCMB), Hyderabad, more than 7000 Covid-19 variants have been found in India so far. Some of these forms are more intense and fatal which requires a separate study. Due to the spread of corona in the southern states, some of these forms may occur. However, the appearance of Covid-19 in other countries of the world has seen very little presence in India.

Dr. Rakesh said that close monitoring is necessary to understand the spread of 'N440K'. In many countries, the new forms of fear-causing cases are rare in India. It also has 'E484K' and 'N501Y' formats. Before the situation worsens, it is very necessary to find out the time of new form. That is why studies on the forms of Covid are continuing. In order to protect people, the rules related to Covid-19 should be followed.
