If you want to try something new in food, today we are going to share with you the recipe of Soya Chunk Casserole, it is very easy to make and the taste of the food also doubles.

Necessary Ingredients

250 grams of basmati rice

80 grams of American corn

2 t spoon olive oil

1 onion

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

4 green chillies

5 grams Cumin

1 bay leaf

1/2 tsp black pepper

8 cloves

2 cups hot water

3 tablespoons coriander, chopped into pieces

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Capsicum, sliced

Coconut, grated

Method of preparation: Wash basmati rice first and soak it in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Now add green coriander, green chilli to the coconut and make a paste. Now take a pan and add olive oil to it. Then when the oil is hot, add cloves, cumin, black pepper, bay leaf, green chilli, onion, coconut paste and ginger garlic paste in length. Now fry it well and then add corn seeds in it. Now take out the rice water and put them in the pan and stir continuously. Then add hot water and a little salt and cook for 15 minutes. Then when the rice is cooked by 3/4, then add lemon juice to it. Now garnish it with grated coconut, roasted capsicum and green coriander and serve your family hot with green chutney or pickle at dinner.
