Meanwhile, in Shravasti, in the case of the death of a person in police custody at the Gilloula police station in Ikona district, the tailors are going to meet the relatives of the victim. The same was stopped by the State President and MLC Dr Rajpal Kashyap of the Backward Class Cell of SP by Shravasti Police by barricading the Ikona Tiraha near Ikauna Tehsil, twenty km from the victim's village.
To prevent Dr. Rajpal Kashyap, Additional Collector Yoganand Pandey, Additional Superintendent of Police BC Dubey, Deputy Collector Ikauna Rajesh Kumar Mishra and a large number of police and PAC soldiers were ready. As soon as Dr. Rajpal Kashyap reached Ekona Tirahe, the police soldiers stopped his vehicle, and started forcing him to return. But Rajpal Kashyap was adamant about going to the victim's village. For which Rajpal Kashyap and Samajwadi Party workers had a long debate with the police.
Unhappy supporters of the functioning of the police started shouting slogans against the police and the government. During this, there was a clash between the police and Samajwadi Party workers for about half an hour. Even after a lot of hard work, when Rajpal Kashyap could not move forward, he started sitting on a dharna against the dictatorial behavior of the police and the government. After which the police took them into custody and took them to Bhinaga, the police line at the district headquarters. With this, the investigation of the case is going on.
