He has been admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi after he developed difficulty in breathing. Azam Khan is undergoing treatment here under the supervision of doctors. Azam Khan's health is bad since last night and he has been admitted to a hospital in Delhi.
On his ill health, senior Samajwadi Party leader and MLA Shivpal Singh Yadav said, "His health is bad, which is constantly deteriorating. Now he's gone for treatment. That is, i wish he gets well quickly. After 27 months, Azam Khan was released on bail from Sitapur jail on May 20. And after coming out of jail, he was feeling very weak. Addressing the supporters in Rampur some time ago, he had also said, "I want a moratorium of two weeks from you so that I can get myself treated."
Azam khan went to Delhi only after that on May 26. His son Abdullah Azam is also present here and at that time, Azam's close friends had told him that he was going to Delhi for treatment. Azam's health had deteriorated twice in Sitapur jail. Both times he was admitted to a hospital in Lucknow's Medanta. Azam was also infected with a corona in the month of May last year.
