New Delhi: Samajwadi Party (SP) Rajya Sabha member Ram Gopal Yadav, who is giving a tough challenge to the BJP in the UP assembly elections, has made the electoral battle even more interesting by saying that if his party comes to power in the state, he will build a Ram temple in Ayodhya in an early time from the BJP.

Gopal Yadav has tried to woo the BJP's vote bank by making these statements, in which the BJP has been consistently claiming that his party has started a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya, as promised by it. During the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha on the third day of the budget session on Wednesday, Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Ram Gopal Yadav defended his party's national president Akhilesh Yadav's allegations of stopping the construction of Ayodhya Ram temple by Amit Shah.

He said bjp leaders are attacking sp by making such statements because they know that people like Akhilesh Yadav. He claimed that if his party comes to power in UP, he can construct a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya in an early time from the BJP government. Let us know that when there was a SP government in UP under the leadership of Mulayam Singh, cm Mulayam had ordered firing on the people who had gone to perform karseva for the Ram temple. In which many people were killed.
