Moradabad: Samajwadi Party (SP) MP from Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh, ST Hasan has made an objectionable statement about the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. MP ST Hasan has accused the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in UP of doing stone pelting at those who have taken donations for Ram Mandir to take benefits in the coming elections.

SP MP ST Hasan has accused the BJP of playing politics over the Ram temple. He said the BJP can take advantage of the elections by disturbing the harmony between Hindu and Muslim in Uttar Pradesh and some of the Muslims who have been scattered in it will join them. SP MP ST Hasan further said, "The Ram temple issue is over, but when the BJP people come out to collect donations, they will be pelted with stones by some Muslims. You have seen what will happen after stone-pelting in Madhya Pradesh. Through this, Hindus will be given a message that we can do this," he said

ST Hasan, a Samajwadi Party MP from Moradabad, UP, said BJP's politics need to be understood. After all, how long will this kind of politics last? Hindu-Muslim does not run bread and butter. The BJP can try to polarize before the elections.
