She has to protect her skin from the rays of the sun, so she wears a helmet. When Fatima was 13 years old, she had this disease. Her skin started burning due to being out in the sun.

After that, her body could not heal them by itself. She still has the same problem, so she does not comes out. On the other hand, if experts believe, then the disease that Fatima has is actually a genetic problem. According to them, under this disease, the facial cells cannot repair themselves, so it is very important to stay away from the sun.
