Big news is coming out in the midst of the political conspiracy going on in Rajasthan. The Assembly Speaker will now go to the Supreme Court against the immediate relief received by the Sachin Pilot camp in this entire case. Speaker Dr. CP Joshi on Wednesday told the media in Jaipur that he would go to the Supreme Court to stay the present hearing in the High Court. Speaker Dr. CP Joshi told that there should be no conflict between the two Constitutional authorities, for which they have decided to file SLP (Special Permission Petition) in the Supreme Court. The Rajasthan High Court has banned the Assembly Speaker till 24 July, giving immediate relief to the pilot camp.

Dr. Joshi told the media, "I have come to draw attention to the particular subject for parliamentary democracy. The role of everyone in the parliamentary system is fixed." The Supreme Court gave instructions in the year 1992 to stop 'Aaya Ram Gaya Ram' culture, in which the speaker has the right to be disqualified under defection.

Nobody has the right to interfere in the middle of this process. In 1992, the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court made it clear that the speaker has the right to be disqualified under the defection law. Therefore, there can be no interference before making a decision. Before the decision on this stage, our partners want to challenge. Dr. Joshi said that interfering at this stage is a big threat to parliamentary democracy. The role of the speaker is quite clear. Whatever judgment the court has given, I respect it. However, this does not mean that trespassing should be allowed.
