According to mythological belief, Shri Ganesh also wrote Mahabharata. It is said that when Maharishi Ved Vyas Ji had prepared the entire outline of Mahabharata, he requested Shri Ganesh to write Mahabharata. Then Ganesh Ji had nothing to write, during this time Ganesha broke its teeth and wrote Mahabharata from it.

Goddess Parvati is the mother of Shri Ganesh Ji and its father is Lord Shiva, the lord of the three worlds. Ganesha's brother is Karthikeya. Ganesha's two wives are Riddhi and Siddhi. While Ganesh ji have two sons Shubh and Labh. Talking of Ganesh's sister, Bappa's sister's name is Mansa Devi.
