Made Special French omelette for guests at home

Many people like to eat omelettes. Most of those who like non-veg. People who eat non-veg often like to eat omelettes and this is their favourite dish. By the way, if you also eat non-velocity and you like omelettes then today we are going to tell you the method of making French omelettes. You can easily make a French omelette at home. 

Ingredients for making French omelette-
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
freshly brewed black pepper
1 unsalted butter

Method of making French omelette- To make it, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well with a fork or whisk. Now set the plate near the stove and heat a small (about 6 inches) omelette pan or non-stick pan or non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Now when the pan is hot, add butter to it (it should be gently chopped). Turn the pan to deliver it when the butter melts. After that when the butter has stopped heating up and the froth has subsided, add the eggs. Now stop to heat the egg a little and then stir vigorously with a heatproof spatula. Make sure you then include the edges of the egg mixture occasionally so that the omelette is evenly ripe.

Now once the egg has set, run the pan gently on the burner to release the omelette from the pan. Then check to see if it is sticking to the sides or bottom of the pan, if so, leave the omelette from the heatproof spatula. Now hold the pan at a 45-degree angle from the stove and turn the omelette carefully like a business letter. Then cook to degrees until the pan is lifted up or reduce the heat to prevent browning. (A classic omelette doesn't have browning.) Remove and serve in a hot plate.
